Researching Usability

About me

profile I am a User Experience Professional with more than three years experience in various research and evaluation roles. Most recently I was Usability Analyst for the JISC funded projects: Usability and Contemporary User Experience in Digital Libraries (UX2.0 for short) and AquabrowserUX. Before that I was a user experience consultant for User Vision.

This blog documented the research for both JISC projects between August 2009 – April 2011. Now that these have been successfully completed, this blog will be an outlet for my own general thoughts on usability research methods and practices.

In addition to all things UX related, I have a number of other interests including painting, cooking, keeping fit, web design and more recently growing vegetables!

If you’re looking for my other (personal) blog which talks about my gardening and cooking adventures then you can find it here: http://lorrainepaterson.posterous.com
